1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why
- Membership: your email address, your plan, status and renewal date, and the customer and subscription numbers from Stripe. We need these to give you the membership you paid for (contract).
- Payment: Stripe processes your card payment. Stripe receives your card details directly; we never see them. Stripe is responsible for the payment data it processes as its own controller.
- Sign-in: we send you one-time sign-in links by email.
- Preferences on your device: your filters and chosen language are stored only in your own browser.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data.
3. Who processes data for us
- Supabase (database and sign-in), servers in Ireland, EU.
- Amazon Web Services, Simple Email Service (sending emails), Frankfurt, EU.
- Stripe (payments), Ireland, EU.
- Bunny.net (website delivery), EU, and Cloudflare (domain name service).
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr / cdnjs deliver fonts and program libraries to your browser; they see your IP address when your browser fetches them.
- Our translation service sends page texts (not your personal data) to Google Gemini to translate them into your language.
4. How long we keep data
We keep your account data while you are a member and for up to 12 months after, so you can come back. Payment records are kept for 5 years because Norwegian bookkeeping law requires it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
5. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and object to or limit how we use it. Write to us at maria@herbwoman.com. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
